In it I first added bananas and liquid ingredients. I crushed them well enough to look like a thin paste. Then add the dry ingredients, ie flour, baking powder and salt. I mixed just to combine all the ingredients. Do not mix excessively because you will get some dense and hard pancakes.

To bake the wonderful American pancakes with bananas I used a pancake pan. Leave the heat low to medium and cook each pancake until bubbles appear on the surface of the dough. Do not light the fire because they will burn before baking inside. You can make them as big or small as you want, as you prefer. I like mediums, but for children they are nice little ones that I can handle more easily. You can serve them with whatever you like. With honey, chocolate, jam or jam.
