How to boil corn. The corn for cooking must be chosen carefully, to be round and not chamfered on top, to have copper and dry silk and the nail to enter the grain easily.
The corn is cleaned of cloths and silk.
The sheets inside are kept from pans.
In a pot (I used a pressure cooker) I put pans at the bottom and then the corn.
Pans are placed on top to wrap the corn.
Put water to exceed the corn with two fingers and bring to a boil.
Boil in a pressure cooker for 1 hour and in a normal pot for 1.5-2 hours.
Remove from the water, drain and eat sprinkled with salt or honey to taste.
You can also use the grilled garnish, but then put butter flavored with greens.
