Caut retete traditionale din Transilvania care sa ne reprezinte in Anglia. Eu lucrez in bucatarie intr-o scoala. Avem elevi din toate tarile care doresc sa incerce mancaruri romanesti.Am nevoie de retete bune si idei. Ma doare sa vad ca romanii se cearta pe site si se contrazic. Prazul poate creste oriunde in Romania si e usor de cultivat oricum nu asta e important ci reteta!

Reteta e ok , dar va rog nu mai dati denumiri aiurea, prazul e bun la gust dar nu e ceva traditional din ardeal si mararul la fel. Mi-a atras atentia titlul, intrucat vreau a scrie pe un website ce promoveaza Romania cu tot ce are ea! Website-ul este in engleza, asta pentru a o promnova in ochii strainilor, pentru a cunoaste frumusetea de care multi nu stiu a Romaniei si de a distruge imaginea urata ce s-a format de-a lungul timpului despre tara mea. Ideea e ca as vrea a scrie despre mancarea ardeleneasca.A descrie preparatele si gustul autentic traditional ardelenesc si..deci romanesc.
