Diplomat cake

In a saucepan, heat the yolks, sugar and milk. Keep it on the fire until it thickens a little, like a ciulama, then let it cool. Meanwhile, dissolve the gelatin in warm water. Whip the cream. Whisk the egg whites and mix with the whipped cream and vanilla sugar.

We start to prepare the shape, namely: in a yena bowl on its bottom we place transparent foil and we start to put the fruit slices (as we presented in the photo).

In the cold ciulamaua add gelatin and mix well, then pour the composition over whipped cream and egg whites.

We put mixture, fruit, mixture, cut fruit and finally cream. At the bottom of the cake I put some biscuits.
