These have become my favorite cookies
- 250 g flour
- 125 g sugar
- 125 g ground walnuts
- 2 yolks
- 1 vanilla sugar
- a knife tip of baking powder
- 200 g butter
- a pinch of salt
- For decoration: chocolate and powdered sugar
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Walnut donuts:
Preheat the oven.
Mix the butter with the sugar until creamy and add the two yolks.
Add flour, salt, vanilla sugar, baking powder and ground walnuts. Mix until it becomes a homogeneous dough.
We form croissants of the same size by hand and put them in the tray.
Put the tray in the oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes.
Remove, leave to cool and decorate with melted chocolate or powdered sugar.
