RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken croquettes with tzatzichi sauce:

Cut the chicken breast into thin strips.

Mix the egg yolk with 2 tablespoons of flour and salt, add the beaten egg whites and add 1 tablespoon of flour, or as needed to thicken.

Pass the meat strips through the egg paste and put them in the pan in the hot oil. Fry on both sides and remove on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

  6. Cut the browned chicken into pieces and place it over the salad, and pour the tzarzichi sauce prepared by you on top.

Roll the tortilla and you will get a wonderful salad, wrapped in a crispy tortilla. Good appetite!
