It's an appetizer that is never missing on holidays, and lately my daughter asks for this salad more often! It is made quickly and is very good!
- 1 yolk
- 1 lgt mustard
- 150 ml oil
- 300 g yogurt
- 1 canned corn
- 1 canned mushrooms
- salt pepper

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Salad with mushrooms and corn:
Prepare mayonnaise from a yolk, mustard and oil. Mix with yogurt and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Drain the canned mushrooms well and then cut them into smaller pieces. The corn also drains from the water.
Put the mushrooms and corn over the sauce and mix well together. Let it cool for about an hour and then serve!
