Knead a dough of flour, butter, egg, salt and rosemary. Spread a sheet and cut out. Place 2 thin slices of potato and grated telemea mixed with green onions over each circle of dough. Bake for 30 minutes at 180C.
Cheesecake, green onions and nuts
For the dough: the dough was made in the bread machine, and the ingredients were put in the machine in the order written in the ingredients. We spread the dough with the rolling pin and give it a round shape. Put the dough in a tart form, lined with oil and flour, bake the dough blindly for 10 minutes.
For the filling: crush the cottage cheese with a fork, add salt, egg and egg white, semolina and mix with a fork. Cut the cheese into cubes, stop a few pieces for decoration, and add the rest to the cheese filling. We cut the onion into slices, and we crush the walnuts in our hands. Add the onion and walnuts to the filling, but stop each one a little. Mix all the ingredients from the filling and place them on the baking sheet for 10 minutes. Top with a little cheese with mold, onion and nuts. Bake the tart at 170 degrees C for 30 minutes. Allow to cool, portion and serve hot or cold, plain or with salad.

300 gr salmon fillet
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons olive oil
a few strands of green onions
a few strands of green parsley

First we remove the skin from the fillets if it exists then we cut the fillet into smaller pieces and put them in the bowl of the food processor. We turn on the robot and chop the salmon meat. I didn't mix it much because the pasta will be made.
Add the egg, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, soy sauce, finely chopped onion and parsley. Do not add much salt because the soy sauce is also salty. Mix until you get a homogeneous composition.
With your hands greased with a little olive oil, shape the meatballs and place them in a tray lined with baking paper. Don't make them too big because they will stay raw in the middle.
Pour a drop of olive oil on each meatball. Bake the salmon meatballs at 160 degrees using the ventilation function for 30 minutes.

2 sheets of pie
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 cup whole milk
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 roasted chicken breast
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup finely chopped broccoli bouquets
New Year's Eve appetizers. Method of preparation:
Melt the butter in a saucepan at medium temperature, add the flour and mix the mixture for 1-2 minutes. Gradually add the milk and continue to mix and boil the composition for 6 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and incorporate the salt, pepper, parmesan, finely chopped chicken breast and pieces of broccoli, which you have prepared in advance in a steamer.
Cut the pie sheets so that you can place them in muffin tins and have "lids" for each one. Grease a special compartment tray for muffins and line it with flour. Place the pie sheets in each compartment, fill them with the chicken and broccoli mixture and cover them with other pie sheets.
Beat the egg with a tablespoon of water in a small bowl with a fork and grease the mini-pies with the mixture. Bake them in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.

APERITIVE REVELION. Ingredient:
2 tablespoons grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
4 slices of bacon
APERITIVE REVELION. Method of preparation:
Boil eggs for 10-12 minutes and pour cold water over them until they reach room temperature. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it in half.
In a clean pan, fry the bacon until it turns brown. Drain on dry napkins. Remove the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, cheddar cheese and small pieces of bacon. Fill the egg halves with this mixture and cool them in the fridge for a few hours.
You can decorate eggs stuffed with cheddar and bacon with a few parsley leaves. They are served cold in the hall.
Mini Tarts with Loboda
Wash and clean the outer skin of green onions, loboda leaves, dill and larch. Loboda is rolled and then the fidelita is cut, the dill and the larch are chopped. Chopped onion and green leaves.
Put a little oil in a frying pan and add the chopped onion, then grind it a little, then add the fideloda lobster, continue to fry it, add salt and pepper to taste, chopped dill and larch and remove from the heat source. If necessary, add a little more oil.
Gather the composition in one part of the tray, place the tray slightly inclined to drain the oil from the filling and after everything has drained add the grated telemea if used, beaten egg and mix.
The puff pastry is stretched a little, cut into squares and placed in muffin tins. Here I used mini muffin trays because I wanted to have "finger food" appetizers.
Fill with the loboda composition, grease with beaten egg or milk, put in a preheated oven at high temperature (400 f-200 c).
Remove from the heat source, sprinkle the grated telemea on top and serve hot or cold with a pint of beer: wink:
Optional. loboda is a very good friend with sorrel, so if you want you can add the pleasantly sour leaves of sorrel.

These quattro formaggi muffins are very easy and quick to prepare. I can't describe how tasty and fragrant they are! It is clear that they are intended for cheese lovers (including myself). I created this recipe from scratch based on instinct, taste and experience.
The appetizer dough contains (in addition to eggs, milk, flour) and a little cream cheese (cream cheese), finely grated Parmesan cheese and pieces of Cheddar cheese. If you don't have Cheddar at hand, you can use a local cheese.
It is a dough that can be used in many recipes for salty muffins. In it you can add cubes of sheep's milk or goat's cheese, zucchini (corn), corn kernels, diced ham or bacon, green peas, mushrooms, vegetable mix, etc. Green onions can be replaced in winter with old onions.
