Bruschettas are a delicious appetizer, easy to prepare and healthy. In addition, even the naughty by nature would not say no to such an appetizer.
- For these 12 servings of bruschettas with mushrooms you need:
- 6 mushrooms, small,
- 1 small tomato,
- a little olive oil,
- freshly ground black pepper,
- loaf of black or wholemeal flour,
- dried thyme,
- low-fat cheese,
- garlic (about 3-4 finely chopped puppies) and speed

RECIPE PREPARATION Mushrooms with mushrooms:
