Isler

The flour is mixed with margarine, egg, sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Quench the ammonia with warm milk and add to the flour mixture. Knead everything until you get an elastic dough.

Spread the dough and cut into a round shape or glass. The obtained islets are placed in a tray lined with parchment paper and baked in the preheated oven for approx. 20 minutes on medium heat.

Meanwhile, rub the butter with the caster sugar until smooth. Islere are combined with this cream. Pour the chocolate icing and leave to cool until the next day.

These islere must be made 3 days before being served, because on the first day they are very crunchy (better said very strong !!!).
